Turncraft Porch and Lamp posts add charm and personality to walk ways, landings, decks and porches. They are turned from finger-jointed, kiln dried wester wood species. Each has been wood-preservative treated and all turned surfaces are sanded.

All exterior finger-joint Pine products manufactured by Turncraft are treated with Woodtreat MB water repellant, which provides maximum protection against mold, mildew, staining and decaying fungi. This also increases dimensional stability and helps prevent shrinkage, swelling and warping.

Colonial Porch Posts

Porch posts are turned from finger-jointed, kiln dried western wood species. Each has been preservative treated and all turned surfaces are sanded.

Since moisture is one of the primary problems in fungal wood decay, Post Defense posts are factory sealed on the bottom end. This end must never be trimmed for installation. This sealer provides an effective method of controlling moisture and inhibiting the growth of fungal decay. Optional 100% Arcrylic Primer is available, adding to this prevention and control of moisture and fungal decay. Quick-Mount or aluminum plinths are required on each post for warranty coverage.
